On show day, you'll pick up your badge at the pre-registration window!
We also offer an 'Early Pickup' option at the venue on the Thursday prior to show day. This is done to ease the lines on show day, and to train the volunteer crew on how to process admission faster. By being willing to be a guinea pig, you can almost skip the line on show day!

Excellent! And thank you! In the queue to come in the building, you'll handle ONLY your admission needs. Upon entry to the building, you head straight to the merchandise booth with your order in hand and pick it up there. This booth can also provide you with answers to most of your show related questions, as well!

Technically? No. We'll often do what we can to help you out to the best of our ability, but as we get closer to show days, we may not be able to make it work.

We run a window where we do merch as pre-order only so that we know how much to place as an order- and often, we'll have something that's exclusive to that preorder (as in, not for sale after that time.)
We may still have availability at the show, but there's no way to guarantee we'll have it (or the right size) without a preorder. -
We offer a discount during a window of time prior to the show in order to accurately gauge how many people are showing up, who to book, and how much stuff to prepare for. The better our preorder numbers, the more data we have to work with to build out the show. We don't like how expensive things are out in the world. And if we can find a way to give a deal for useful data (and to make the show better) it's easy-peasy to want to do that.

Well- technically, no. But it's pretty cool you're that up front about it. We were talking it over among ourselves, and there is a way you can.
If you're a content creator or press/media member, volunteer for a few hours at the show, sponsor a part of the event, run gaming content for the Tabletop Area or even if you just go back in time and fight an ancient warrior and get your name etched in full on a stone tablet with the phrase: 'Ayy, let so-and-so in to PGX in the year 20XX' then maybe we can work something out. It's gotta be first AND last name, though. No shortcuts.

Bring your voice, your thoughts, and your well-prepared talky-bits. We provide an AV hookup, and a TV or Projector, and you can do the thing. You're given a 45 minute window to talk about your topic!

Usually one of only two reasons. Either the content wasn't understandable or appropriate for the show, or we simply couldn't fit it in for time.
Though we do keep the "it could be a dumpster fire, so please no" as a distant third option, just in case.

The Game Runner Pass is good for only one person, for the full weekend of the show. We can really only put the specific content-runner into the slot because they're acting as a volunteer for the show (albeit in a very specialized capacity)
If there's a need for some sort of accommodation or extra assistance, please email us and we'll explore it. But we have to be careful not to quickly over-populate the venue. -
It's likely that the content wasn't understandable/appropriate for the show, the content wasn't appropriate for the show, or there wasn't time time to fit it in the fast-filling schedule.
