Registration
On show day, you'll pick up your badge at the pre-registration window! We also offer an 'Early Pickup' option at the venue on Thursday from 2:00pm - 6:00pm. This is done to ease lines and train the volunteer crew. By being a guinea pig, you can skip the line on show day!
In the queue to come in the building, you'll handle only your admission needs. Upon entry, head straight to the merchandise booth with your order in hand and pick it up there. This booth also provides answers to most show-related questions.
Technically? No. We'll often do what we can to help you out to the best of our ability, but as we get closer to show days, we may not be able to make it work.
We run a pre-order only window so we know how much to order. Some items are exclusive to that window. We may have availability at the show, but there's no guarantee we'll have your size without a pre-order.
We offer a discount for pre-orders to help us accurately gauge attendance, book guests, and prepare. Pre-order data allows us to build a better show, so we give a deal in exchange for that useful data.
Technically, no. But if you're a content creator, media member, volunteer, sponsor, or run gaming content for the Tabletop Area, we can work something out. Alternatively, go back in time, fight an ancient warrior, and get your full name etched on a stone tablet—then we might consider it. First and last name only.
Panels
Bring your voice and your prepared talky-bits. We provide an AV hookup and a TV or projector. You are given a 45-minute window to do your thing!
Usually one of two reasons: either the content wasn't appropriate/understandable for the show, or we simply ran out of time slots. 'Dumpster fire potential' is a distant third reason, just in case.
Tabletop
The Game Runner Pass is good for only one person. Because runners act as specialized volunteers, we can only provide the slot for the person running the content. If you have a specific need for assistance, email us to explore options, but we have to be careful not to over-populate the venue.
