Rules for Applicants

Volunteer Window: 9/30/26 - 10/4/26

Potential Duties:

  • Directing and Assisting Attendees
  • Helping in Admissions
  • Game Lounge Oversight
  • General Customer Service
  • Setup/Teardown of Event
  • There may be some heavy lifting in excess of 20-30lbs

General Breakdown of Volunteer Days:

  • 9/30/26 – Show Setup / Load-In
  • 10/1/26 – Show Setup / Load-In
  • 10/2/26 – Show Day
  • 10/3/26 – Show Day
  • 10/4/26 – Show Day/ Tear-Down / Load-Out
  • 10/5/26 – Tear-Down / Load-Out

We ask that you describe with as much detail as you're comfortable giving. Describing this here will not affect the status of your application or preclude you from volunteering- we simply want to make sure we accommodate all of our potential volunteers as well as we can.

Things such as certifications, licenses, experiences, qualifications or insights that could help with the overall growth of the show would be massively appreciated.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree that you are applying to be a temporary volunteer for this specific Pittsburgh Gaming Expo event and not an employee of PRG Presents LLC, Pittsburgh Gaming Expo, or any other associated organization. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, or older, and are required to abide by the PGX Code of Conduct and all federal, state and local laws while volunteering and/or while on venue property.

It is expected that volunteer crew members working the show will maintain professional behavior, and reasonable conduct, both in-and-out of the show, regardless of duties at the time. Volunteer crew members, show staff, associated entities and/or their family members are prohibited from participating in any contests, tournaments, charity raffles and/or events, etc., where there is any kind of prize-support.
