PGX is now accepting applications for Pittsburgh Gaming Expo 2026 on October 2-4, 2026. Please submit your application below. Thank you!

Disclaimer: We want to emphasize upfront that our curation and jury process takes a longer time than many exhibitors would expect.

This is because we genuinely examine each and every application that comes in, as a group, while comparing it to our existing exhibitors, the number of those that have overlapping product lines/styles, the requests of attendees, and the space we have available to fill.

PGX is a curated celebration of gaming- video games, tabletop, geek culture, roleplaying, even tattoos and music. As such, we like to ensure that our exhibition hall reflects the will-and-wants of our attendees. We will not accept your application to exhibit if your business/service/organization doesn’t seem remotely gaming-or-geek-adjacent.

And likewise, we don’t want to over-represent any one industry or trending product line, or create fierce competition for our exhibitors. The vendor showcase is capped fairly low to encourage quality over quantity. PGX is built out of the community, and the attendees should know they’re getting unique and diverse exhibitors, varying product lines, and a truly unique marketplace experience. And the vendors/exhibitors/artists who are selling their wares should not be afraid of being undercut by a massive wave of unsporting competition.

We prefer that our vendors/exhibitors feel respected for their time, effort and investment.

Completion of this form does not guarantee you an exhibition space.

The Pittsburgh Gaming Expo is a curated celebration of gaming- video games, tabletop, geek culture, roleplaying, even tattoos and music. As such, we like to ensure that our exhibition hall reflects the will-and-wants of our attendees. We will not accept your application to exhibit if your business doesn’t seem even remotely gaming-or-geek-adjacent. If we feel your business represents the spirit of the show, and we have an appropriate space for you, then you will receive an invoice for the services requested.

Please do not submit multiple applications. It clogs the software and lessens your chances of being selected.

If you select a booth you do not meet the qualifications for, your application will be rejected.

If you choose to request an electrical hook-up after this application, price is subject to change. Electricity is included for Tattoo Artists and Developers.

Business Information

We request that you fill out the internet link boxes below with as much detail as possible. We utilize this information to determine if your business fits the curation criteria for the show. If chosen to be an exhibitor, we also utilize this information to promote your business via the website, smartphone application and social media. Please copy and paste the exact URL in these boxes for best results.

Please let us know haw many additional badges you will need for your staff over the ones provided with your booth (see chart). There is an additional $25 charge per badge.

By entering your name and date in the boxes below, it is considered a signature and agreement of understanding to the information, pricing and details listed above, as well as the terms of exhibiting as listed on this page. We reserve the right to alter the terms of exhibiting at any time to accommodate the safety of the show and its attendees, exhibitors, guests, and/or staffers. Agreements and Disclosures
